Covid-19 Vaccines

Our practice is part of the national COVID-19 vaccine nation rollout program. Both AstraZeneca and Pfizer vaccines are available for eligible people. If you are under the age of 60, make a standard appointment with your GP to discuss which vaccine would be suitable before booking an appointment at our centre.

How do I make appointment?

You can make appointment through here (Hyperlink to hotdoc) or call the practice on (02) 8005 2889. You will need to complete a COVID-19 vaccination consent form and a new patient registration if you are not our existing patient. Fail to complete required forms may affect your appointment.

What do I need to bring to my appointment?

Please bring your ID and effective Medicare card
If you have any medical history or any issues with vaccinations in the past. Please consult your regular GP first and bring your health summary on the day of appointment.

Who do I talk to if I have questions about the covid-19 vaccine?

We know that you might have a lot of questions about Covid-19 vaccination on the day, and we want to make sure everyone has access to accurate information to make informed choices and consent.

For this reason, all Vaccination will be supervised by our dedicated Vaccination GP who will spend the time to ensure you have all the information you require.
