Ms Ling Chan (Speech Pathologist & Feeding Consultant)
Ling (Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist and Feeding Consultant) is the founder and Lead Speech Pathologist at Thrive and Shine Therapy Hub, a place built to support individuals and families with warmth, clarity, and evidence-based care.
Ling has worked in both public health and private NDIS setting as a Team Lead, Senior Speech Pathologist and Feeding Consultant. She understands the real challenges individuals and families face and the kind of support that makes a difference. She has worked and led multidisciplinary teams, established a speech pathology department from the ground up, and continues to mentor clinicians as a clinical supervisor as well as practicing as a Feeding Consultant/therapist.
Ling’s therapy approach is grounded in empathy and expertise, offering personalised therapy for individuals with communication, feeding, and complex developmental needs. At Thrive and Shine Therapy Hub, Ling has created a space where individuals and their families feel heard, supported, and empowered every step of the way.
