Appointment Information

At Health Hub Narwee, we aim to make booking and attending your appointment as simple and stress-free as possible. Please read the information below to help you prepare for your visit.

Booking an Appointment

You can book an appointment online at any time through HotDoc, or by calling our reception during business hours on on (02) 8005 2889. Standard appointments are usually 10–15 minutes, but if you need more time, please request a longer consultation when booking. This is especially important if you have multiple health concerns, mental health needs, or require care plans.

We do accept walk-in patients; however, those with appointments will always be given priority. If your matter is urgent, please let our reception team know so that we can do our best to accommodate you quickly.

Billing Information

We are proud to offer bulk billing for all patients with a valid Medicare card or DVA card. This means there will be no out-of-pocket cost for GP consultations.

Some procedures or services, such as dressings, certain vaccinations, or medical supplies, may attract an additional cost. Our team will always let you know if any fees apply before proceeding.

If you do not hold a Medicare card, a private consultation fee will apply. We are able to process private health insurance claims via HICAPS.

Telehealth Appointments

Bulk billed telehealth consultations are available for patients who have had a face-to-face consultation with one of our doctors within the past 12 months.

Patients who have not seen one of our doctors within the past 12 months can still access telehealth appointments but they will be charged privately (no Medicare rebate).

Cancellations & Missed Appointments

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please cancel through HotDoc or call reception as soon as possible. This helps us keep appointments available for other patients in need.
