Dr Sara Jaffer
MChD, FRACGP, BMedSci (UNSW)
Dr Sara Jaffer is a caring and experienced General Practitioner who graduated from the Australian National University in 2016. Prior to her medical degree, she completed a Bachelor of Medical Science at the University of New South Wales, reflecting her long-standing interest in health and human biology.
Fluent in both English and Burmese, Dr Sara is committed to providing care that is respectful, inclusive, and culturally sensitive. She values building strong, trusting relationships with her patients and supporting individuals and families through every stage of life.
When she’s not at work, you’ll likely find her with her family, halfway through an orienteering course, or trying to convince fish that her bait is more interesting than the real thing.
Dr Sara enjoys the broad and varied nature of general practice, caring for patients of all ages and backgrounds. She has particular interests in:
