Booking an Appointment

• You can book online anytime through HotDoc.
• Appointments can also be made by calling our reception team during business hours on (02) 8005 2889.
• Please let us know if you require a long consultation (e.g. multiple health concerns, mental health plans, chronic disease care, or procedures).

Billing Information

We are a bulk billing practice for all Medicare & DVA card holders. This means there are no out-of-pocket costs for eligible patients for most standard GP services.

Some services may not be covered by Medicare and may attract a private fee. Our team will advise you of any costs before your appointment.

Telehealth Appointments

Telehealth consultations are available. To access telehealth consultations, you must have had a face-to-face consultation with one of our doctors in the last 12 months. This is Medicare legislation.

Cancellations & Missed Appointments

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please cancel through HotDoc or call reception as soon as possible. This helps us keep appointments available for other patients in need.
